At Turn ’Em Loose, we believe every young person deserves a safe place to grow, be heard, and discover their purpose. Our mission is to encourage, guide, and empower at-risk youth through mentorship, positive relationships, community support, and life-building experiences. We are committed to helping young people recognize their value, strengthen their confidence, and develop the tools they need to make wise choices, overcome challenges, and walk boldly into their future.

The foundation of Turn ’Em Loose Corporation is built on purpose, guided by vision, driven by mission, and measured by goals that empower youth, strengthen communities, and create lasting change. Everything TEML does is built to help youth and communities move from potential to practice through consistent support, education, and character-centered development.
Vision
We hold the belief that the Bible’s message in Proverbs 29:18 regarding vision is indeed true: recognizing that “without vision, the people perish.” As such, our vision is to cultivate a world where youth learn resilience, education, motivation, and leadership.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to empower individuals by unlocking their potential through education and self-development, cultivating effective leaders, and addressing crucial youth issues such as low self-esteem, poor communication, and decision-making skills to prevent juvenile delinquency and enhance academic performance.
Mission
Our mission is to strengthen our business with a customer-first approach, leveraging technology and fostering lasting partnerships. We focus on solving problems while promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional interaction to create meaningful progress and success.
Goals
TEML focuses on community outreach, life skills training, and youth development. Our objective is to support at-risk youth by offering guidance and care, helping them overcome barriers through programs such as MISTER and MISSES.

Turn 'Em Loose Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to realize their full potential through education, self-development, and enlightenment, with a particular emphasis on cultivating effective leaders.
Established over four years ago, TEML has been actively serving various agencies by providing committed mentorship and expanding its clientele. The organization addresses critical issues such as low self-esteem, ineffective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills among youth—factors that can contribute to juvenile delinquency, homelessness, and poor academic performance.
TEML’s programs, including the MISTER and MISSES self-leadership curriculum, aim to dismantle these barriers, enhance productivity, and positively alter participants’ life trajectories. By offering personalized support, merit-based advancement, and networking opportunities, TEML fosters a brighter future for young individuals.

Michael Russell Jr. brings organizational direction, program leadership, and a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for youth. His work centers on helping young people think differently, speak with purpose, and build action-based habits that support long-term transformation.
Bridget Brown
Executive Administrator | Texas Region
Bridget Brown supports the structure, communication, and administrative operations that help TEML serve youth, families, and partners with excellence. Her role helps ensure that the organization remains organized, responsive, and mission-focused.
Peyton Tomblin
Co-Owner & President | Maryland Region
Peyton Tomblin helps guide the organization’s regional growth and community development efforts. His leadership supports TEML’s commitment to mentorship, outreach, and youth-centered programming that builds confidence, resilience, and responsibility.

Becoming
Becoming is a program focused on self-development by going through the Shadow Work Journey. Participants explore internal triggers and past trauma, strengthen self-awareness, and discover where healing can be found.
Leadership & Resiliency
TEML’s Leadership and Resiliency Development Program focuses on a variety of concepts that equip participants with the tools needed to thrive in challenging environments while leading with confidence and integrity.
TLC
TLC is a training program focused on Transformational Leadership Concept and the principles of transformational leadership that help individuals engage in self-reflection, growth mindset, and personal growth.

These youth-centered programs are designed to cultivate leadership, self-regulation, motivation, and positive decision-making.
MISter
MISTER is a self-leadership and resiliency training program that focuses on teaching life-management strategies to teen boys or kings in training experiencing adversity in various forms. This program seeks to motivate, inspire, educate, and build self-awareness and confidence in youth while promoting a growth mindset and positive self-regulatory behaviors..

MISSES is a self-leadership and resiliency training program that focuses on teaching life-management strategies to young ladies or queens in training experiencing adversity in various forms.
